if you watch the hive before you put the simulation upgrade in, where the bees come out is the front, from there you place the feeding slab one block BELOW where the bees would spawn out of the hive, so. [exp. box] > [air] [hive] > [bees spawn here] [under hive] > [feeding slab] not the best visual, but should give the general idea.

Feeding slab is broke as rn, you need to place the egg in the rightmost slot. Also make sure to break the block that is below the entrance of the hive, and place the slab on the top half of the hole.
