I'm adding things like an Iberra rack, city tires, panniers, an air fork as well as all 3 points of contact ie Ergon Grips, seat and pedals. With all the add-ons this is a costly route.

I've read that both Ledges may have questionable parts & longevity on the trail compared to the Kent which some say the Kent has a better fork & drivetrain than the Ledges. But the Kent isn't full squish, it has 29" wheels vs the 27.5" wheels I prefer on the Ledges & Kent's tires are 2.4" vs Ledges' 2.6" and I prefer larger tires.
