Division 2 builds tu16.
The idea is to make use of second bonuses from the various gear using the ninjabike exotic backpack. The extra bonuses are 10% armor per kill, 5% damage to armor, +1 skill tier, 10% weapon handling and 15% LMG damage. Main focus are the pestilence ticks with ~1.1M to armor (920K no armor) damage at full stacks.
